Shipping & Delivery

We attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. However, as a small business this may not always be possible – if this is the case we will do our best to contact with you with an update.

Delivery box information

UK delivery
We offer free delivery for orders over £50.

We do not currently ship to: Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Once you’ve hit £50 that’s free delivery on your entire order!*

There is a minimum order total of £10.

*Excludes pre-sale products, some special offer items and trade sales.

Convenient delivery – you choose when and where

We use Royal Mail, DHL and other couriers for orders within Mainland UK.
Standard Delivery is usually dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please see below for more information.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

If you provide us with your email address at the checkout you will receive a message on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to:

  • Deliver to a neighbour
  • Deliver on another working day if that day is not convenient

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.

Order Processing

Orders must be received by 12 noon Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 12 noon, on Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

Standard Dispatch

Once processed, orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. If your order is processed on a Friday please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, are processed within 48 hours from the first working day after receipt of order..

Scottish Islands & Highlands postcodes

At this time we do not ship to the highlands, islands.

International Orders

We are no longer dispatching outside of the UK post Brexit, mainly due to additional transit times, complexities and costs associated with the additional paperword and administration.

What to expect when you place an order

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Mysterious Brewing and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Returning an Order

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as drinks and food items cannot be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us via registered signed for delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mysterious Brewing Company Ltd, 6b Ash Park Business Centre, Ash Lane, Silchester, RG26 5FL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAQ

Whilst we do our best to dispatch orders within 48hrs, excluding weekends and bank holidays, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We work with Royal Mail, DHL and other courier services, unfortunately all courier companies state that delivery times are estimated and subject to delays beyond their control.

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day once dispatch notification has been received.
  • Tracked 48® with 2-3 working days once dispatch notification has been received. (Please add an extra working day if there’s a Redirection in place).
  • If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation.
