We attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. However, as a small business this may not always be possible – if this is the case we will do our best to contact with you with an update.

UK delivery
We offer free delivery for orders over £50.
We do not currently ship to: Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

We use DHL for all orders within Mainland UK.
Standard Delivery is usually dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please see below for more information.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Orders must be received by 12 noon Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 12 noon, on Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.
Standard Dispatch
Orders on our standard dispatch service are usually dispatched within 48 hours. If your order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, are also included in our 48 hour dispatch service.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS POSTCODES
At this time we do not ship to the highlands, islands.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are no longer dispatching outside of the UK post Brexit, mainly due to additional transit times, complexities and costs associated with the additional paperword and administration.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Mysterious Brewing and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
