Ken Spruce is a bold 6.6% West Coast IPA, infused with hand-picked Sitk Spruce tips from the forests of Scotland. This collaboration between Mysterious Brewing and New Bristol Brewery delivers a unique beer, built on a balanced malt foundation of light crystal and Munich malts.

Expect vibrant West Coast flavors from Cascade, Centennial, and Mosaic hops, offering a zesty citrus and pine bitterness. These flavors pair perfectly with 20kg of Sitka Spruce tips, which introduce a resinous, earthy character, giving this IPA its distinct, moorish twist.The result is a refreshing and aromatic IPA.
